AZUR SPACE additional ordering Ai Siqiang MOCVD system
On September 25th, Ai Siqiang announced that AZUR SPACE Solar Power GmbH in Heilbronn, Germany, has ordered an additional MOCVD system. Under the new contract, AZUR SPACE ordered two MOCVD systems specifically for the growth of gallium arsenide materials required for the production of surface-type concentrating solar cells.
